| Ordering your furniture is easy, just visit our showroom for a consultation. We ask you to visit our showroom as it is advisable for you to test out a piece of furniture before you order the same model for you home. Once you have had a consultation with one of our team we will complete a sales order which will form your contract with us. A 20% deposit is required at time of order, and the balance is payable before delivery (finance options are available). You will be asked about your delivery preferences and you will also be given an approximate delivery date which is dependent on what you purchase. |
| Delivery or Collection? |
Your Sales Consultant will quote a delivery price for your furniture which is based on your postal code and the number of pieces to be delivered.
If your furniture is in stock we will arrange a convenient delivery or collection date. If your furniture is tailor made we will complete the order process directly with the supplier and will contact you once it is ready for delivery or collection.
We will arrange a specific day for delivery with you (usually within two weeks once your furniture is in stock). Old furniture can be collected (if arranged in advance) and there is a charge.
We deliver Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm* and our delivery team is expertly trained in furniture delivery.
We deliver to anywhere in UK excluding Channel Islands (furniture is not delivered to highlands of Scotland and non-mainland UK). We do not deliver outside UK.
Alternatively you can always arrange to collect the goods from our warehouse (Monday-Friday 10:30am-5:30pm) at an agreed date and time.
